Located two hours north of Adelaide, South Australia’s Clare Valley is one of Australia’s oldest and most secluded wine regions.
Renowned for producing Australia's best Riesling, the region plays host to a wide range of cellar door and accommodation experiences in the towns of Clare, Sevenhill, Watervale, Mintaro, Auburn and Polish Hill River. It is also rich in produce and agriculture, and is where we source much of what is on offer on the menus and shelves of Seed.
Clare sits at the northern end of the Epicurean Way food trail, a journey through the culinary heart of South Australia, and celebrates its position as a powerhouse of South Australian produce each year in May during the Clare Valley Gourmet Weekend.
