At its core, the Seed Bistro offers simple plates made with quality ingredients – an elevated regional dining experience in a relaxed setting.
Care and purpose is seen in every part of the Bistro. All butchery and dry-aging of meat is handled in-house, bread and pastries are baked fresh daily, and our produce is sourced from the best producers and suppliers locally, along with select specialty items from around the world.
