NICK RYAN DRINKS THE WORLD - Friday 20th May from 6.30pm
Nick Ryan is one of Australia’s best-known wine writers with his words appearing everywhere from The Australian to The World of Fine Wine.

He’s also well known for having a Seed Bistro barstool almost permanently affixed to his backside.

He’s teamed up with Seed’s Guy Parkinson, a man Nick cheekily considers his own personal chef, to devise a ‘one night only’ menu packed with their favourite things to eat.

Neither man is known for his restraint so expect an extravagant feast, much of it cooked over fire and matched with some of the Clare Valley’s finest wines and their counterparts from around the world.

Without exaggerating, this is a once in a lifetime event. Not to be missed.
